You can buy dance music at competitions from the traders that have stalls there. Or you can buy it on line. If you don't know what to look for there should be the words Beginner in the title of the tune.

Irish Dance music never has any vocals on it. The speed of the tunes is strictly regulated to match the style of dance and the level of dancer.
